1. Pay-off rack
The pay-off frame is mainly composed of a column, a swing arm, and a steering roller. The pay-off frame is about 5000mm high, and it can be placed on the drawing rod and the two reels of the rod can be welded end to end to achieve continuous pay-off.

The swing arm can swing at an angle of about 60 degrees. Due to the high pay-off, the line can be unloaded smoothly without swinging the swing arm and the two-reel material rod under normal circumstances.

There is an operating platform above the pay-off frame to facilitate threading and maintenance. The line frame is also equipped with an emergency stop device for the whole machine.

2. Wire drawing machine
The machine is mainly composed of a long box body, a transmission reduction box, a wire drawing drum, a wire drawing die seat, a wire dividing wheel, a transmission lubrication, a drawing oil cooling cycle system and a drive motor.

The wire drawing machine is driven by an independent motor of the wire drawing drum, φ450 equal diameter wire drawing drum, and the wire drawing is controlled by a micro-sliding torque. The fixed speed wheel is non-slip drawing. The elongation of each pass (motor speed) can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the process requirements. In order to adapt to the process requirements of the line dividing process when the special-shaped line is drawn, the first four drums are equipped with a line-drawing wheel.

This machine adopts a unique wiring layout structure. The wiring wheel is located under the wire drawing die base, and the wiring and wiring is reasonable. Improved rigidity also unifies the specifications of corresponding parts, reduces the number of spare parts, and reduces costs.

The wire drawing drum shaft is inclined at an angle to the box bus line horizontally, so there is a displacement between the upper and lower drums in the axial direction, so as to avoid the pressure between the wire wound on the drum and the wire during the drawing process. , Bruises.

The cable drum wheels are all assembled steel wheel structures. After one side is worn out, the other side can be replaced. After complete failure, the cable drum rim can be replaced and it can be used normally.

There is also a wire wiper between the outlet mold base and the fixed speed wheel, which can wipe off the powder on the surface of the wire and stabilize the wire to prevent vibration.

The wire drawing drum of this machine is arranged in a row and driven by a separate motor, so when the production specification is changed, "quick change of the mold" can be realized, and the eye molds that are smaller than the finished product specification can be sequentially discarded according to the finished product specification and the corresponding wire drawing drive is closed. Motor, reduce power loss and noise. There is no need to change a production specification like the old-fashioned wire drawing machine, all the molds must be reconfigured, that is to say, the molds above the maximum finished product specification will always be the same.

3. Line storage device
This device is mainly used to control the wire take-up speed and the wire drawing speed to synchronize with the wire tension when the wire is taken up. It is mainly composed of a frame welding frame, a tension storage wheel group, a fixed storage wheel group, an air cylinder, an air pressure regulating valve and tension feedback Organization and other composition.

During work, if the wire take-up speed is inconsistent with the wire drawing speed, the movable guide wheel group will swing up and down to drive the central potentiometer of the pendulum of the wire storage device to rotate, and the wire take-up speed is controlled by voltage conversion to make the wire take-up speed and the wire drawing speed. The speed is balanced. The winding tension can be obtained by adjusting the working air pressure of the cylinder through the manual pressure regulating valve according to different wire diameters and wire materials.
