Continuous Lead Extruder Machine maintenance Instructions
1. After the Lead Extruder Machine is installed and tested, the thermocouple should be inspected every two weeks. If its performance has not changed after three inspections, the inspection period can be extended. The thermocouple is an important executive element of the temperature measuring and controlling instrument of this Lead Wire Extruder. It should be calibrated with the factory standard temperature before use.
2. It cannot be extruded below the minimum liquid level specified by the lead melting furnace, so the liquid level indicator should be sensitive, and high-temperature molybdenum disulfide lubricant should be applied once a day before use.
3. Fully inspect the heating element once every two weeks, which can be directly observed or inspected with an ammeter. Damaged or invalid ones should be replaced at any time.
4. Check the cooling water of the fuselage. If any leakage is found, repair it immediately; check the hardness of the cooling water to keep it within the allowable value to prevent calcium from attaching to the cooling tank, mold cover and cooling water pipes of the fuselage, affecting cooling effect.
5. Check the seals of the water cooling pump to ensure no leakage.
6. Check the circulating oil circuit at the gear box and thrust bearing to make it unblocked, and the oil quality used should meet the requirements.
7. Check the lead liquid leakage at the flange connection of the lead pipeline and the lead liquid inlet of the fuselage.
8. The lead slag in the lead melting furnace is removed three times per shift, and the lead liquid output valve is smeared with high temperature resistant (400℃) molybdenum disulfide grease once a day.
9. The exhaust system of the lead melting furnace is unblocked.
10. The equalizing ring of the hydraulic mold adjusting mechanism should be cleaned once every six months and coated with high temperature molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease.
11. When installing after disassembling and inspecting parts, all bolts and screw bushings should be coated with high-temperature molybdenum disulfide grease.
12. The insulation layer of the lead melting furnace, fuselage and lead pipe should have good heat insulation.
