A lead pipeline is connected between the
continuous lead extruder and the 10-ton holding furnace, as well as the 10-ton holding furnace and the 18-ton lead melting furnace. The problem of liquid level fluctuations in the holding furnace is solved by automatically replenishing lead liquid. According to the signal reflected by the liquid level indicator, the cold material is put into the 18-ton lead melting furnace in time to minimize the fluctuation of the liquid level.
1.1 When production is stopped during general holidays, the temperature of the lead pipeline should always be kept at 290~300℃. In this way, unnecessary expansion and contraction of the pipeline can be avoided, and the oxide of the lead liquid can be greatly reduced.
1.2 The heating of the entire extrusion equipment starts from room temperature. When the temperature of the machine head, fuselage and lead melting furnace has reached the rated value, it can be known that the lead liquid in the furnace is already in a molten state: the heating element of the lead pipeline should be connected before this, otherwise the fuselage and the pipeline should be connected There will be lead leakage at the connection with each flange.
1.3 When the whole machine is heated to the rated value and the lead pipe is not heated, the following situations will occur:
1.3.1 Irregular solid lead will condense on the pipe wall, and there will be gaps in between, which will form a vacuum zone in the pipe, which will cause air to be introduced due to poor sealing at the flange and increase lead oxidation Things.
1.3.2 The occurrence of the above phenomenon will also cause a kind of tremor pressure. The reason is that the solidified lead increases with time. After the heat increases, the solid lead is transported in the pipeline to cause tremor, and when the solid lead melts, its volume will increase. 3.5% larger, increase the pressure in the pipeline, and easily cause leakage at the pipeline connection.
1.4 Instructions for installing electric heating elements in lead pipes:
The electric heating element is a plate heating product, a total of 34 pieces (18t furnace) are wrapped in parallel outside the lead pipe, and the heat insulation layer is applied. The thickness of the heat insulation layer should not be less than 140mm. In this way, even if several heaters are burned out, The heating of the tube will not affect too much.
