For example, if you need to produce 2 copper wires at the same time, you need 2 single-head copper wire drawing machines. 3. Main drawing machine
- Gearbox is cast with HT200 cast iron accurately as a whole piece. Compared with piece together structure, it has many excellent features, for instance: higher rigidity, good sealing performance. It will also not leak water or oil and can reduce vibration efficiently. The gearbox is treated with one-off directional machining in Germany-made advanced machining center to make sure processing accuracy. - In the gear box, material of bevel gears is 20CrMnTi and it is treated with cemetite quenching. - Surface of drawing capstan is in a double-cone shape to enhance its service life greatly. - The drawing box has double covers to seal. Covers are made of stainless steel. The outer cover has six parts and inner cover has four parts and can be open and closed by hand. - The final drawing capstan is fitted with an independent DC motor with power of 110KW and is transmitted by teeth belt. |
