LHD-450/13 high-speed al. alloy rod breakdown machine is used to draw Φ9.5(Φ12)mm ordinary al.& alloy rod into Φ2.3 –Φ4.5mm single wire. The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed, continuously annealed, and speed of mechanical parts and electrical control can be matched with each other. It is easy to operate, easy to change dies quickly and to change dual take up spools automatically without any pause.
