The wire drawing machine is one of the company's main product series. It is mainly used to produce the diameter required by customers using copper or aluminum rods as raw materials. This blog will introduce the main components of LHD-450/13 high-speed al. alloy rod breakdown machine. The main components of LHD-450/13 high-speed al. alloy rod breakdown machine include: pay-off stand, wire pointing and threading machine, main wire drawing machine, lubricating system and cooling system for main gear box and drawing oil tank, vertical wire accumulator with tensile, new type Hydraulic dual spooler(PND500, PND630), electrical control system. Due to the large amount of content, it will be divided into two blogs (1) and (2) for posting.
1. Pay-off stand
- Guide roller type which is attached ground root. - This unit is composed of a stand and a guide roller. - It is adopted advanced structure which has a single pole with a rotation arm. - This pay-off stand can load 2-3 Al or alloy coilers at the same time to achieve to pay off wires continuously. |

3. Main drawing machine
- Gearbox is casted by HT200 cast iron accurately as a whole piece. Compared with piece together structure, it has many excellent features, for instance higher rigidity, well sealing performance. Also it will not leak water and oil and can reduce vibration efficiently. The gearbox is treated with one-off orientational processing in the Germany advanced machining center to make sure processing accuracy. - In the gear box, material of bevel gears is 20CrMnTi and it is treated with cemetite quench. - The surface of drawing capstan is in a double-cone shape to enhance its using life greatly. - The drawing box has double covers to seal. Covers are made of stainless steel. The outer cover has six parts and inner cover has four parts and can be open and closed by hand. - The final drawing capstan is fitted with an independent DC motor with power of 75KW and is transmitted by teeth belt. |
