The LFD450/11 non-sliding aluminum alloy large drawing machine mainly draws φ9.5mm material rods into wires with various material characteristics, specifications and cross-sectional shapes.

2. Use of equipment:
1. After the machine is installed, send the compressed air source to the place where each component needs the air source, and fill the reducer and the cable cooling lubricating oil tank with the corresponding lubricating oil. First drag each component individually for trial operation, and finally the whole machine linkage trial operation.
2. Before driving, select the appropriate mold ratio according to the process requirements, adjust the wire drawing motor and the fixed speed wheel to synchronize with the wire take-up speed, and determine the appropriate production speed according to the wire drawing specifications.
3. In the production process, always pay attention to the tension status of each storage thread. If it is found that the tension is not synchronized or the tension is unstable, it should be adjusted in time until it is stable.
4. After the rim of the wire drawing drum is worn, the inner and outer rims can be adjusted and used, and the wire drawing rim can be replaced when both sides are worn out.
5. When changing production specifications, there is no need to reconfigure all eye molds, just remove or add corresponding eye molds according to specifications. The excellent design of this machine can realize "quick mold change".

7. During the initial 300 hours of use, in order to ensure the normal running-in of the new machine, its maximum speed and maximum load must be controlled within 70% of the rated parameters.
3. Equipment maintenance
The compressed air pipes, lubricating oil, cable oil pipes, circulating cooling water pipes, etc. of the equipment should be free of leakage. Special attention should be paid to sufficient air source and stable pressure at about 0.6Mpa. The oil-water separator in the pneumatic system should be regularly discharged. The moisture content, and enough lubricating oil in the lubricator.
The drawing oil should be replenished or replaced regularly, the double-tube filter should be cleaned frequently, and the reducer should be regularly inspected, cleaned and replaced.
The aluminum shavings and thread ends in the double-reel take-up line should be cleaned regularly. The piston rods of all cylinders must be polished. Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose.
