The basic types of laying and closing equipment are divided into two categories. One is the stranding equipment represented by the frame-type stranding machine, which rotates in the center of the wire reel; the other is the wire reel in the center of the equipment, and the single wire It is a twisting equipment represented by a tubular stranding machine that rotates around the center of the equipment.


For Rigid Frame Strander, the spools are generally divided into four frames, and now there are also three or five frames. The earliest 630 frame stranding machine in China was introduced from Italy by Guiyang Wire Factory in 1983. Dongfang Electric Machinery Factory (the predecessor of Deyang Dongjiagang Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.) designed and manufactured the domestic first-class machine on the basis of absorbing and digesting imported equipment. A 12+18+24/630 frame machine, which used the top electric centralized upper and lower plate at that time. The domestic wire and cable industry was prevalent at that time, but it was difficult to find a cable manufacturer who wanted this equipment. It was finally sold to Jiangxi Xinhua Nonferrous Metal Products Factory in 1986. You can imagine the application and promotion of domestic frame stranding machines at that time. The difficulty is quite large.


The earliest type 500 frame stranding machine in China was when Shenyang Cable Factory introduced a batch of second-hand equipment through Belgian Gote Company in 1983, and brought in a new frame stranding machine of 12+18+24/500 type; subsequently, Shenyang Cable Factory and The Shanghai Cable Research Institute jointly developed the 500 frame stranding machine.

In 1985, Shanghai Cable Research Institute and Shanghai Jinli Electrical Machinery Factory (the predecessor of Shanghai Hongdeli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) jointly developed four 12+18/500 frame stranding machines and supplied them to Guangdong, Guiyang, and Baosheng It is used by cable factories such as, Lanxi, and has been approved by cable manufacturers and gradually promoted.
